This place exceeded all my expectations! The family that runs this place is absolutely amazing - they truly make you feel like family. They are incredibly helpful with tips on where to go and what to see, and they even arranged all my local tours at the best rates. The breakfast every morning was simply superb, and the rooms were both beautiful and comfortable. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, perfect for remote working. I already miss the tea and coffee on my balcony all day long. I cannot wait to come back and consider this place my second home in Ubud. Trust me, you won't be disappointed if you choose to stay here!

We loved the stay here and would recommend this place. We had a RELAXING stay in Ubud very close to the center of Ubud.- The staff was excellent and affable.- The room was exceptionally clean and huge.

The host was incredibly kind and gave great travel recommendations. They also offered a promotion for airport pick-up. The homemade breakfast was amazing. The accommodation had a big fan and the weather in Feb/Mar was comfortable. The location was close to attractions and the staff was friendly and helpful. Very clean facilities and delicious breakfasts.

The accommodation was in a great area, close to everything we needed and within walking distance to several ATMs, a supermarket, and restaurants. The room was comfortable, with a clean en suite bathroom and a nice view overlooking the traditional family property compound. The host and their family were incredibly kind and helpful, providing us with a fair-priced airport pick-up and drop service. The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day.

There were some issues with ants in the room, which we tried to get rid of but they kept coming back. The host's response to our concerns about the ants and a laundry mishap was off-putting and dismissive, which affected our overall experience.

We had a fantastic stay at Jepun Bali Ubud Homestay. the peaceful garden, clean rooms, and spacious bathroom with a heater made our stay very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious and varied breakfasts, as well as the free coffee available throughout the day. Despite the absence of an air conditioner, the large ceiling fan kept us cool in the chilly nights. the owner and his daughter were incredibly kind and helpful, providing excellent hospitality. the location of the homestay was perfect, with numerous restaurants, shops, and a supermarket nearby. We were especially delighted to discover that the Sacred Monkey Forest was just a 5-minute walk away. Cons: Nothing that I didn't like. 😊.

Never disappoints! I keep returning for the amazing service & friendly staff that suggested a great food delivery place on my first visit. The homestay suits me perfectly, with Free Wi-Fi, Air conditioning, Express check-in/out, and 24-hour reception/security. Can't wait to come back for my holiday!

I had an amazing stay at a cozy place in the heart of Ubud. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. The family running the homestay were incredibly friendly and helpful. The daily breakfast was delicious and the omelette made by Mira was a highlight. The room was clean and comfortable, and I felt safe throughout my stay. I also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere despite being in the center of town. I highly recommend this homestay for a wonderful and authentic Balinese experience.
